One Source Communications has wonderful people and an awesome family-like work culture. It has grown rapidly over the past few years but has an owner who is actively involved in the business and really cares about people. People, in turn, really care about each other, their work and about providing excellent service. It really is a great place to work!
Cons
There aren't a lot of cons ... because the company is growing quickly, it is changing quickly so there are always opportunities to refine processes, learn new technology and make things better. It is pretty fun to be a part of the challenge to do those things successfully. Because the company is relatively small, anyone with a good idea has a chance to be heard and make a difference.
