Somewhere to Avoid - Anonymous employee One Source Logistics Employee Review

The more time I reflect on my experience at One Source, I realize this isn’t only a horrible place to be employed, but a company with many unethical business practices. - Often opted to hire foreign contract workers below US minimum wage to fill positions instead of considering US applicants - Posts job listings under other companies to avoid applicants seeing negative reviews - Constant expectation of personal employee contributions to company charity organization - Severe lack of diversity and no steps taken to improve - Extreme male bias in hiring for top-earning roles and extreme female bias in hiring for lowest earning roles - Multiple examples of nepotism overruling talent and experience in the company - Constantly boasts great company culture, but the real culture internally is drama and jealousy between employees and management - Racially insensitive and sexually suggestive comments/jokes constantly go unchecked -Raise rates on customers whose complaints don’t want to be dealt with - Pay is about the same as fast food
