      Pros

      Easy to get hired because they are desperate for bodies.

      Cons

      Owner was nice but the rest of employees who basically run the company have not clue what they are doing. Senior management makes thing up as they go so they don’t remember critical commitments. No accountability.

      Pros

      Good people, small family company, average pay, location near Deerbrook has a lot of choices to eat and shop, very family oriented, flexible

      Cons

      Lack of training and communication. There is not much room to grow. Open space work area and management attitudes.
