Pros
Products have prospect to own a large domain in their market. Very beneficial if you believe in the company and are willing to grow alongside it. Some people have been able to move around positions here.
Cons
Work culture is very plain and subject to repetitive office life. Handled COVID poorly by letting people go. Small company but doesn't have the feel of a start-up close-knit community nor team bonding events. Majority have a go to work and go home mentality. Poor mentorship. Not a dynamic work environment, would recommend to those passionate about the products they make here.
