Love it - Co-director One Vision Employee Review

I had a lot of fun volunteering. Me and my friends came to volunteer and we got to work together. We also got a ticket to get a free drink.

A con is that the location was kinda far away from where I live.

Staff and leadership are dedicated to person centered, self-directed care and services.

I was dismissed from my position after nearly 4 years when HR learned that I had a physical limitation, which had not impacted my ability to perform my job. They requested that I have my doctor fill out paperwork detailing my limitations and what from, telling me that I needed to ask for a formal accommodation to basically keep working there, even though I had not and did not need it. One Vision ended up using this against me to say that I was a liability and that my inability to stand for long periods and walk long distances without sitting, caused an undue hardship, even though I was not in a physical care role. My direct supervisor was a wonderful mentor and went to bat for me with upper management.
