No structure whatsoever. Management needs to be replaced, very unprofessional and uneducated. Better communication is needed between all departments and their supervisors. All supervisors are quick to point the finger at everyone else. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE, they will promote anyone as long as they like you (even though obviously under qualified and frankly stupid). Favoritism is a huge issue here.
