      Everyone was nice, flexible working hours, entry level jobs available, good benefits, promoted self improvement for example they would pay you to read books in your personal time.

      Cons

      At time there was a lack of communications, sometimes the working area is crowded, unable to keep tracking of work progress, out dated applications.
