      Pros

      OWD is a company that is constantly looking for ways to grow. The new management team is very focused in increasing productivity and building a strong workforce team. I really like the Book Club which encourages employees to read about interesting topics and earn cash! OWD is strongly focused in their values and promotes them constantly. My coworkers are friendly and I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      I wouldn't call them cons. The new management team is working hard to establish clear priorities and better communication with employees.
