Absolutely no pros working for the current management! If I could rate this company with negative star ratings, I would. They do not deserve any stars!
Cons
The manager is horrible! Has absolutely no leadership skills! Manager divides the team, has a negative attitude & fails miserably at communicating! Management monitors bathroom breaks & has installed cameras to watch employees. Manager talks negatively about employees behind their back. Unless you're related to the Manager, you will treated very poorly. Low work volumes lead to people being sent home early daily. Two of the three leads are beyond lazy & incompetent! Avoid this place at all costs! They have a very high turn over rate due to Manager! If you attempt to address any issues with HR you will be retaliated against. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked! Manager makes up policies as she goes along. Manager bold face lies to employees. Never, never, never work here!
