Completely customer centric mindset. Employees are taken as granted. Your Performance is not considered for appraisal. If unluckily you are still in this company, be ready for layoffs, it's very common here even for people who have joined few weeks ago. The plan is to sell this company so they just want to make it profitable. "RESTRUCTURING" & "SAAS" are some buzz words used by them to protect themselves but they even don't know what is SAAS. Don't join this company if you want your work to be valued.
