Interview is easy and senior developers are very supportive but they might leave due to poor management,

Big no for fresher, they claim to be a product based but its more like service based company, you have to deal with clients HR never responds on time Monday to Saturday Office Delay in appraisals, they don't even give full F&F , if you raise a concern they will give bad feedback in experience letter, CEO is very controlling.
