Pros
Culture: They put a strong emphasis on company culture which makes for a fun working environment. Hip Hop by day, party by night. Everyone is super chill, which makes for a great work environment. Work: You can work on some crazy out of the box stuff. Definitely not afraid to try new things - i.e. Tacos, Clothing etc. Benefits: Aside from your standard ones (which they provide), the office space is dope and has a lot of amenities (beer, basketball, foosball).
Cons
Since they are constantly trying new things each project can be very different. Meaning there is no script to run from. This can lead to long working hours and can feel a tad chaotic at times. But if you have the passion for it, then I find it's not that bad.
