Literally Nothing! the only thing which I can say . they will talk very rosy and speak like a family member until you have a difference in opinion.
Cons
No Appointment letter.
No Payslips
No PF
No Insurance
No Laptops will be provided (they will ask you to bring own laptop)
No Company Policy
No Induction or training
If you get a better job due to all these cons above and leave they will call you as unprofessional.
After you quit for any reason the nightmare will start which will be very personal and you might even get a legal notice even though you were duped in the first place without providing you an appointment letter or payslips.
There is no sense of direction. you will have to keep pleasing the director who is at the helm and the rest of the employees are at the mercy.
The office has no chairs, half of them are broken,
All Laptops run pirated software which is so cheap
There are no proper dates for the salary to be processed. employees say that it will come in between a gap of 1 week which is the worst possible thing if you are expecting salaries on a specific date and it doesn't come through.
