Pros

Any positives that could have once been noted about this company have died. There was a time when I would have said that this company was amazing; the technology, the people, the work, everything. All of that is gone now.

Cons

Nepotism - Upper management is ~75% family members Ineptitude - Among the C-suite, there is almost no experience in agriculture or robotics, strange for an agriculture automation company Opacity - You don't need to know what's going on, you need to do what you're told. Disrespect - you will not be provided adequate resources to do your job properly, and you will be asked to do jobs that you didn't agree to. Your opinions on your team, or the company at large will be ignored. Classism - The C-suite got themselves a cushy air conditioned office 45 minutes away from the main facility, while all the employees work in a warehouse in phoenix in the summer. If you're not management (or family) you'll be treated like a second class citizen. Ignorance - Upper management doesn't know what's going on with the company because they are never around with the rest of the company. Toxic positivity - it is not your place to question leadership, you should accept all orders with a smile on your face. Nothing is ever wrong. You are happy, or else.

Pros

I'm constantly inspired by the company's vision and actions. Their team, consisting of some of the best of best, bring their talents and hearts to work each and every day. The founders and executive staff encourage feedback from all team members and take it seriously. The staff work hard, but play hard too. The shared passion and drive to innovate is what makes this company a rewarding one to work for. Other Pros: Wellness incentives for employees Encouraging and supportive environment Focus on wellbeing of staff Unlimited growth opportunities

Cons

Startup environment (not necessarily a con for everyone) Extended work hours at times (but these are well compensated)
