- Working at a huge scale - Very engineer driven - Good pay - Interesting tech problems
Cons
- Can be very political - The engineering team can be very hostile: punished for asking questions, hard to get information out of people, and overall attitude of "leave me alone and stay in your lane" - Engineers who have zero interest in people management are often team leads and managers OneSignal isn't for you if you want a sense of team camaraderie.
