Pros

The benefits when I worked there were: - Fully stocked kitchen and bar - In-office gym, massage, hair cuts - Service to change oil on employee cars - Friendly co-workers

Cons

However, please keep in mind: - There was no real direction from management. I'm sure this is a benefit to some "rise n' grind" type of people, but if you wanted some direction in your life this was not the place. - I had... "training"? Most of it was not relevant to what I was doing there. - The business was all over the place. It never felt like you were a business working on one united goal. - Some folks had 4-5 managers. Good luck figuring out which person to listen to if they actually had input for you. - Pay was low for the industry, and all the above "Pros" are a trap to keep you at the office all day.

Pros

I made some great friends at OneSpace, and some of the perks are nice...

Cons

The perks mentioned above are not really "perks." OneSpace is trying to justify not paying their employees fairly, not giving cost of living raises, and not offering basic compensation like 401k matching by saying that a stocked kitchen and bar are part of your compensation. Perks are not compensation. I can't pay my bills with a bar I rarely use or the parties that are a waste of money. The company has a solid idea but has no clear direction and no real leadership. They just keep saying "well, let's try this" without fully following through on previous attempts. The companies under the Juggle umbrella have never been profitable (in over 10 years) and are losing the faith of their clients and employees very quickly. There is a group of untouchable employees who are "golden children" and many of the VPs are best friends with the CEO and COO. This kind of incestuous relationship is toxic to a company and extremely unprofessional. There are no opportunities for advancement or higher pay, no matter how much they say otherwise, and promises are almost never kept. You are expected to work well over 40-hours with zero ROI. They require weekend work, they offer zero work/life balance, and they do not pay you or promote you for you dedication.
