      Pros

      If you are new and know very little you can excel with a great work ethic. Good place to pad the resume and go somewhere better.

      Cons

      Bad leadership. Decisions get made on the fly that change your life as an employee week to week. From HR stuff to projects being shelved entirely after months of hard work. Seems like they are always chasing the shiny ball and not doing something long term.

      Coworkers were generally good people

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Whether or not you have a job the next day just depends on the mood of the owners. Your a number not an employee. They hire you and take whatever they can from you and leave you out to dry
