Pros
High autonomy is placed on roles at OS and employees are often described as hungry, humble, and smart. Opinions are heard at OneStone and I feel all employees are here to make a difference. Multiple offices throughout the country
Cons
Hours are not short - don't expect to waltz out at 35 hours in the week. A lot of ecommerce is learning but not everything at OS is found in a textbook
