Nepotism and very clique like. As an outside hire I felt like I was never going to be accepted even though I tried very hard, completed all deliverables, asked for help etc,
Most of the bdrs come and go as they please as well as some managers. There’s no training on the actual software solution for managers. It just feels like a playground where the boss wants to be best friends with twenty something year olds. Tighten up. Coming from large firms this was an eye opener for sure. Immaturely ran
