Pros
Majority of people I have had the opportunity to work with over the last few years have been great. Work life balance is decent, unlimited PTO.
Cons
Upper Management is awful. Literally add next to no value but continue to be employed while the rest of us face ongoing rounds of layoffs every few months due to the fact that the company can’t decide which direction they want to go one month to the next. A round of layoffs just before the new year, and again this March due to a merger with Care access which is a nightmare in and of itself. Every 6 months they schedule a “town hall” during which the CEO gets on and talks about how great you’re doing, then the next day cuts 30% or a department via a 15 minute meeting invite. If you want to work for a completely schizophrenic unstable company that can’t choose a direction, by all means. However if you’re looking for a place with stability, growth and longevity, trust me this is NOT the place for you.
