Pros
Fully remote and unlimited PTO
Cons
Company has been on a downward spiral since 2022; multiple large layoffs and constant smaller ones since then, plus the smart ones who jumped ship on their own. The only coherent strategy leadership has right now is to save as much cost as possible by laying off and outsourcing as much staff as possible. They have repeatedly laid people off while on parental leave or PTO. They’ve laid off people right before the holidays, They’ve told people they’re getting a promotion only to lay them off the same week. You’ll be treated like a robot here, but they’ll do it with a smile on their face while saying how much they care. They don’t have the resources to maintain their existing contracts, growth is out of the question. Leadership have completely failed. Working with these people, it’s clear that they just don’t have the ability to right the ship. They are in way in over their heads, the evidence is in the lack of new customers, lack of significant growth at existing customers, and constantly changing priorities at the product and customer success levels that have destroyed quality and efficiency and haven’t improved metrics in any meaningful way. These same leaders legitimately think they can profoundly change the entire clinical trials industry. It would be funny if it wasn’t costing hundreds of people’s livelihoods in the process.
