      If you are in a position in your career where you want to learn a lot, and quickly, this is the place for you. You're forced to learn how to swim (or drown) if that's your learning style.

      Cons

      There is no sense of community or culture. My manager once asked me if I thought our team was 'catty'.

      People you work with are great

      Cons

      Executive management is terrible. Zero accountability. Avoid at all costs. You will be given zero authority but made to own the fallout of executives' bad decisions. Seriously, avoid this company and Care Access if you value your sanity. Benefits are also a race to the bottom. They keep stripping them away because "we found we were above industry standard". Because who wants to do more than the minimum, am I right?
