The internship offered a supportive and collaborative team environment where interns felt comfortable asking questions and learning from experienced team members. It provided valuable hands-on exposure to real digital marketing projects, including areas such as social media management, content creation, and marketing analytics. The workplace encouraged creativity and new ideas, allowing interns to contribute while building foundational marketing skills and gaining insight into how a marketing agency operates.
