- Good medical insurance programme - Nice office in Moscow and several offices around the country - Business trips to the Sochi office in Rosa Khutor

- You have to negotiate really hard to get better salary for an IT position - Management is always put first when there's an argument regarding current projects or team/company decisions - No training for junior employees and almost no guidance for middle frontend developers - You are allowed to work remotely only one time in a year
