Fun people, terrible pay - Warehouse Associate OneUp Innovations Employee Review

I’ve really enjoyed working here. The environment is supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented. People are willing to jump in and help each other, and there’s a strong sense that everyone is working toward the same goals. Our CEO does a great job setting the tone. He’s approachable, transparent, and clear about the direction of the company. You can tell he genuinely cares about the team and wants the business to succeed for everyone. That kind of leadership makes a big difference day to day.

Things move quickly, so you need to be adaptable.

Was fun, while it lasted.

Unprofessional experience overall. Communication was virtually nonexistent. They made big promises but failed to deliver. I’ve learned that several other freelancers had similar experiences, I naively thought mine would be different. Unfortunately, it seems this pattern extends to how they treat employees as well, based on what I heard directly from their own team. I do not recommend working at this company.
