Pros
Colleagues genuinely care and are friendly, although also seeming to share the same struggles. At the start they’re great- very welcoming and ready to help. Good CPD package, although impossible to attend it due to workload
Cons
Very high workload as an employed member of staff. Still expected to see full caseload with any meetings, additional admin, risk calls, supervision. Some people end up seeing 7 people in a day to account for this. There is a team as such, but no team time- you’re so busy you can’t often make any opportunities to see them. Toxic traffic light system based on KPIs where you are told whether you’re underperforming or not - If you’re on leave for a week then your KPI turns red against your name as it doesn’t account for this. I feel so isolated- it’s hit and miss whether people will respond to you or not in other departments and you’re just sat with things outside of your responsibility.. the systems are built for network therapists meaning you are shut off from seeing anything outside of your calendar/cases etc. I feel so tired working here. I’ve lost the joy in helping people recover.
