Pros

If they like you they will train you for advancement. If they no longer like you then you hold no value to the company any longer.

Cons

Dedicated 10 years with this company. advanced and kept the company above water. I was filled with lies of advancement. salary for what you do is not equal. the new upper management has lost all sense of culture of the company and its now a popularity contest.

Pros

Profit share bonuses, one week vacation time the first day you start, great people to work with, laid back environment that gets the job done, great schedule if you like to get in earlier and get out early (6:00-2:30pm) leaving you with a good chunk of the day left and monthly company lunch that never fails.

Cons

Communication could be better amongst all levels.

Pros

The culture at Oneida Air Systems is laid back and friendly. Almost everyone is friendly, upbeat, and hard working. Listen to music aloud, or headphones in all day, no problem! Hang out at the watercooler here and there, no problem! PTO requests are typically granted without question. Monthly company lunches. Year-end bonuses you won't complain about. Would work with nearly anyone here elsewhere.

Cons

Chaotic management and production floor. Very poor or non-existent training. Lack of production and training consistency between employees of same department. Problems addressed to groups rather than problematic individuals. High employee turnover and constant shedding of process knowledge due to production chaos. Lower than average pay for industry. Owners juggle business operations AND low-wage tasks daily due to lack of personnel. Above and beyond is noticed, but never compensated. Meaningless review process. Everyone tries, but there is a terrible breakdown somewhere.
