Pros
I learned a lot in my short stay at Onex. Management is very knowledgeable. Room to grow, but that is if your manager likes you. Good bonuses.
Cons
No work life balance. You can work from 8 am to 10 pm and still come in the next day with at least 12 hours of work ahead of you. Everyone is watching out for themselves. No time for breaks. If you ask any questions, management thinks your an idiot. If you have any type of complaints, management looks the other way. Very hostile environment. They have company events but no one can go because of the sheer amount of work they load on you.
