no market strategy company goes through a reordering in a 5 year cycle, has been sold 2 times in 2 years Lack of serious investment on hardware infrastructure Most of the employees are the same since early on because of the good salary packages however there is no individual performance evaluation done on employees or training provided to them as a consequence most of them are waiting to be let-off When a employee leaves in most cases it does not get replaced
