Pros
You learn a little bit of everything. Decent starter job but definitely not a career place
Cons
* Terrible communication. New clients would be signed without any discussion to technical staff. Then management would yell at us for not helping them (even though we had no knowledge of them paying for our services)
* Terrible pay. Only time I received a raise was for completing IT certifications. Unless you try to quit, then magically all the money Carl didn't have for raises all of a sudden was there.
* Held a morale meeting once. Instead of addressing the issues, Carl said "If you don't like it, I'll give you $3,500 if you want to quit and I'll file the paperwork so you'd be able to collect unemployment." One person took that offer.
* Ungrateful client base. Some clients really didn't care for Carl in the slightest. Sometimes that meant the client taking their frustrations out on you.
