Pros
The company has a really nice office with a 360 view of Barcelona and the atmosphere between coworkers within one department can be cheering. Good location near the metro.
Cons
The company is going bankrupt, therefore they have been firing people and now staff is lacking, which led to staff not being able to help all customers. Do not expect to see your contract being renewed. There is a high turnover and a lot of new employees decide to quite as soon as they realise that the company has no ethics with customers. The high number of workers in the IT department compared to other departments is just ridiculous. You will see IT workers surfing on Youtube and not even accepting to help you if you have an issue. Each manager in the company is lacking management skills and do not expect to learn anything during the so -called training, there is none, they just leave you in front of the computer. Furthermore, meetings for newly introduced guidelines and plateforms are poorly prepared since managers do not have any idea of what is really going on. They have no communication skills and will not tolerate any criticism/idea from any employee, In a nutshell, it is a good job prospect if you wish to get an example of how bad can a company be managed.
