Pros
There are some great people at Onset. I was able to learn a lot from my manager and was given the ability to work independently, The company seems to care for its employees, for the most part.
Cons
The benefits could stand to be a bit better. There are some managing styles that are a bit archaic and there are definitely certain employees who don't get the recognition they deserve for their hard work. It's also difficult to advance.
