      Pros

      White space turnaround if you like to try to turn around a complex situation then this could definitely be a try.

      Cons

      Leadership with an inconsistent style. Saying A but doing B. Wanting to cut cost but not leading by example themselves. Managing people badly. Turnover is incredibly high, most people with talent not willing to stay longer than 1 year, if already that long.

      Diversity, pay, perks, benefits, great incentives

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t necessarily communicate well at times. Wait until last minute to post dates for important meetings when employees have other obligations outside of work like getting their children to/from school, appointments, etc
