      Pros

      I think the leadership is taking the organization in right direction. Sure there were hiccups from the merger, but the path is clear and promising.

      Cons

      Not a clear path for growth internally. I asked my Director several times for opportunities and was told "perhaps" but also not given any feedback on how to get there. This is proven out by several people who leave to take on bigger roles externally, only to come back after a time into a role they should have been promoted into in the first place.

      Pros

      The strongest part of the company was the long-tenured employees and team members who were there prior to the leadership changes. They were knowledgeable, supportive, hardworking, and helped create a collaborative and positive culture despite the challenges brought by new management.

      Cons

      Finance leadership was one of the biggest issues at this company. The VP of Finance was overly micromanaging, and the CFO set unrealistic expectations while communicating in a condescending and arrogant manner. Employees with years of experience were routinely made to feel incompetent and undervalued, which created a toxic and demoralizing work environment.
