Pros

None, terrible benefits, too much bullying

Cons

I took 2 months of short-term disability. CA paid the disability benefit but the company that Onto contracts with for disability benefits, The company they contract with for benefits, denied my company benefits. There is ZERO training on how to take disability and what rules apply. My personal physical completely endorsed my 8 weeks of ST disability yet the contractor denied it, leaving me short of >$10k. In addition, for the 5 years I was there I experienced multiple instances of bullying by various supervisors, plus cases where I was explicitly expected to violate the company ethics policies.

Pros

The strongest part of the company was the long-tenured employees and team members who were there prior to the leadership changes. They were knowledgeable, supportive, hardworking, and helped create a collaborative and positive culture despite the challenges brought by new management.

Cons

Finance leadership was one of the biggest issues at this company. The VP of Finance was overly micromanaging, and the CFO set unrealistic expectations while communicating in a condescending and arrogant manner. Employees with years of experience were routinely made to feel incompetent and undervalued, which created a toxic and demoralizing work environment.
