- There are numerous perks here (including certificate re-imbursement) - Everyone gets along really well and its a "family-esque" type environment without the toxicity that most jobs who advertise they are a "family" - If you work hard here, you WILL be recognized - Lots of variety in the work that you do, regardless of position

- Communication here can be terrible, but it is improving - Travel/Commuting (this wasn't a con for me, but it is a con for some)
They'll give you a gas card with a small gas allowance each month.

Company culture is plagued with bigotry and nepotism. Management is extremely disrespectful to employees, and constantly talks down to them. They'll lie to you about the hours you'll work, and then mock you and talk down to you when you bring it up to management. I also experience sexual harassment while working for this company, and my complaint was disregarded.
