Pros
The company really cares about their employees. They have incredible health insurance and the pay is far above what similar work would pay elsewhere. They are flexible if you need to work part time.
Cons
It is really physically demanding. Not necessarily bad but certainly not for everyone. Taking time off costs a lot of money due to the pay structure.
