Getting to work with kids and the schedule

The workload is a lot and they continue to add more and more on top of an already stressed and stretched thin staff. They say you don't want to follow the oppa way when confronted with this information witch tells me everything I need to know about them. The home office comes in to the schools and change things even when some of them don't even know what it is like to work in a school kitchen. Also you have to do unemployment on the times off instead of doing a 12 month base pay for employees and making subs do unemployment.
