It is a great, fast-paced environment to learn as an engineer. People will care enough to give quality mentorship. Being on a smaller team means plenty of opportunity to make impact on the product. No regrets joining this team.
Cons
The company definitely experiences the expected growing pains of a fast-paced startup. It is a lean team across the board. People come and go, which can feel jarring to smaller teams. Leadership really cares about bringing the right people onboard so hiring feels slower.
