      1. Employees are friendly, hard-working, and genuinely want everyone else to do well 2. No office politics 3. Good benefits 4. Paid parking in the same building or voucher for a Metro Pass 5. No pressure to stay needlessly long hours as long as you're getting work done in a quality manner 6. Catered lunch twice a week

      1. Salary might be competitive with other similar level positions in similar sized banks but low overall

      Pros

      I love my co-workers and the overall environment is very relaxed. Free lunch 2x/week from nearby restaurants. I would consider working here until retirement if not for the cons.

      Cons

      Pay is pitifully low. Promotions do next to nothing to your income. Unfortunately another stepping stone type company.
