Pros

- By virtue of their product, the support network is impeccable. My career has taken big steps here because of the coaching and guidance i've recieved not just from my direct manager, but from all the senior leadership team. - Good focus on infrastructure and a dedication to keep the machine greased and up to date regularly means no big stressful releases. - Lots of really good socials and interaction between colleagues even from different parts of the business. All the decisions around this were taken after a majority consensus and thorough consultation. No pushing people around. - Great attitude company-wide that really stems from the CEO. - A great m/f split, and really nice and refreshing to have so much female leadership.

Cons

I can't think of a single thing!

Pros

The whole team Open Blend is so talent and using their experience to all pull in the same direction in delivering an amazing product and user experience to market. We're all aware that there will be some extremely busy and challenging time but we work well together to achieve common goals and support each other wherever required. There's a great sense of community at Open Blend, bringing together people and personalities from loads of different cultures and backgrounds. A real team spirit. A huge pro is to be part of an very exciting journey. We are doing something that is making waves in business and having a hugely positive impact on the business we work with. A massive plus in my role is working with amazing clients that are passionate about their people and creating positive employee experience through initiatives like Open Blend.

Cons

A busy, fast paced environment isn't for everyone. We could be working on something that could change in the blink of an eye (with valid reasons I will add) and you need to stay close to where things are at times. Be prepared to see things through. If you have an idea, it's not always possible to call on very broad expertise like you can within larger organisations. Being a start-up, there's a level of administrative responsibilities that you cannot avoid and while this is becoming easier over time, it mean some processes are not there yet or a little laborious.
