Pros
I started entry level which is never amazing but as I got trained I got to take on more and more and climb through the ranks! So the progression is the main pro for me which is why I gave it 5 stars! It’s still work and you have to try to hit targets and goals but it’s worth it! Never worked anywhere that’s as worth it before and where you get rewarded! You also are really secure as the company is growing, you won’t get laid off! Money is amazing once you move out of the training program! Table tennis, music, Xbox and overl atmosphere is so fun!
Cons
Started entry level as I said in pros You can’t get away with not trying as it will show up on your results. It’s not like then you get punished but they will get involved and try to help you!
