      Pros

      Modern startup type culture and thinking.

      Cons

      Haven't launched a single cubesat. Management including CEO oblivious to the problems in the company. With a size of 100 people already has many of the problems that big companies have. CEO gets published every month so all will be ok. Lots of glossy flashy videos but reality of the business is very different.

      - Given full autonomy and trust - Feel like I am making am impact and part of the team - Support is always there if needed - Opportunities to always get involved and develop

      Is a fast paced environment so it can be busy but this is something I enjoy
