      Pros

      - Some experienced developers to learn from. - Colleagues mostly very decent people.

      Cons

      - Dishonestly hired people at a low rate for a fully remote role. Some staff are based far away from their offices. They changed the policy without any consideration to implicit agreement made with their employees. It was effectively a pay-cut - Nothing positive to say about the management at all. - Unpleasant environment to work in day to day as everyone is under presssure.

      Some very knowledgeable, friendly folk.

      Cons

      A haphazard organisation that couldn't even pay their contractors on time. Initial expectation was that I would work from home, whilst attending the office a day a week for the first couple of weeks. However, it ultimately transpired that there was a clear expectation to attend every week. This company doesn't trust its' employees and uses tracking software to 'manage' their workforce.

      Millions spent on consultants with no positive change No direction for business Yearly redundancies The board seems clueless and are invisible No real opportunities Feels like the business is failing The board say they are open to conversations - they are not
