Pros

Cool product. Work is in the Education Technology field. A LOT of opportunities to create new projects for the team.

Cons

Remote work with no company culture. In this role I meet with my manager once a month and I have one meeting a day. Otherwise, I only communicate with coworkers via internal messaging.

Larger of the Moodle hosting and support services providers. Great devops and support experience to have if thats what you're looking for.

Cons

Since the Moodle breakup they have struggled to re-define and re-invent themselves as more than just a hosting and support company. Complicated internal culture and silos.
