Pros

Flexibility. Some interesting projects. There's certainly work to do

Cons

Rolling layoffs recently. Pay cuts. RSVU completely cut. Medical cuts. Morale is low. More work for people not laid off. People not laid off lost benefits.

Pros

The culture feels healthy, transparent, and collaborative. Teams work cross-functionally, and there’s a shared sense of accountability. People genuinely care about doing great work that helps both our partners, customers and the communities we serve. Another major plus is the company’s embrace of AI and continuous improvement. Open Lending invests in giving employees access to the latest AI tools and automation platforms, empowering everyone to innovate and streamline their work. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that not only talks about progress but builds it into the daily workflow.

Cons

Fast-moving environment: Change happens quickly here; it’s not the place for someone who prefers rigid structures or slow iteration.
