The CEO doesn’t respect her own employees and is the most rude person you will ever know on this earth. She wants you to know everything on your day 1 and sets the most unrealistic expectations. She will make you feel you are nothing if you are willing to learn and even if there are external factors. Honestly there can be a lot to learn here but this place is not good for your mental health as the culture is extremely toxic. Hope you find a better place than this.

This company is an excellent place to start your career. It provides the perfect balance of training, exposure, guidance, and hands-on learning. Seniors and managers are very supportive, and the environment makes you feel confident and motivated to grow.
