I really like work at this place. the CTO ,Pavel Savva ,is really a good person and smart Engineer. They uses good architectural design to build software that will serve millions of people. I'm glad I worked there.
Cons
The office did not have a 'bring your Dog Day'. I think thats some thing they can improve on.
The company has been quite aggressive in pushing people out and downsizing the team. All of the sales employees are aware of this and believe the company is going downhill it seems they are trying to reduce costs. There is a lack of regard for the vendor and a pure focus on profits we often have to recommend real estate agents that are low performers because the company gets a better financial outcome. I believe this is short term thinking and it will damage reputation long term. Management have a lack of experience in our role and one in particular was a low performer in the property specialist role so its a bit annoying getting feedback from people like that when you perform higher than they did in the role.
