      Cons

      Upper Management is clueless, sales are stolen from coworkers and supported/covered up by management. If your not liked by the long timers then your sure to be fired soon.

      The team helps a lot in learning new construction systems. They have friendly atmosphere and they celebrate all the occasions so you feel like you are in a big family.

      A lot of pressure and work load.
