Pros
1. Lot to Learn in IP Team. Good for freshers. 2. Due to low head count, responsibilities are more challenging. 3. Immense Knowledge growth guaranteed. 4. HR and Admin are very helpful.
Cons
1. Lot of Politics between the BUs. 2. Employees at Lead level have no Knowledge to guide the juniors under them. Juniors need to be proactive to grow their career. 3. Lead level positions are filled by too much experienced people who tend to distribute the work and sit idle the whole time without taking any responsibilities. 4. Compensation is low compared to the work and the market.
